Seed Support System Approval for MITCON Technology Business Incubator by Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India Technology Development Board (TDB). MITCON has received approval under the scheme “Seed Support System for Start-ups in Incubators” of the Technology Development Board, Department of Science & Technology for seed fund.The objective of the seed support being to develop the resources and infrastructure that are essential to identify early stage opportunities and then assist the client companies in the process of commercialization.
Incubatees are encouraged to contact MITCON for further information. Rs. 1 Lakh to Rs. 25 lakhs financial assistance will be provided to the incubated entrepreneur.
The disbursement will be linked to benchmarks / milestones. List of services to be covered under the financial assistance include:
- Access to laboratories
- Common facilities of TBI such as communication, conference, computers, security, utility, etc.
- Research & Development of a Product
- Work space for a limited period
- Human Resources
- Operational costs
