Job Description-
The clinical Research Associate (CRA) will assist in all activities of a clinical trial including:

• Study Feasibility
• Site Selection
• Site Initiation Visits (SIVS)
• Site Monitoring Visits (SMVS)
• Routine Monitoring Visits (RMVS)
• Site-close out- Visit (SCOVs). These visits are as per a study Monitoring plan (SMP) which study specific.

Qualification-

• B.sc in life science/ B. pharm with PGDCR/ certificate in clinical research OR M.sc in life science/ M.
• pharm. With PGDCR/ Certification in clinical research 2 years (Including 1 year of Monitoring
• experience)
• B.sc in life Science/ B. pharm with PGDCR/ Certification in clinical Research 4 years (Including 2 years
• of monitoring experience)
• B.sc in life science/B. pharm with M.sc Clinical Research OR M.sc in Life science/ M. pharm, with
• M.sc Clinical Research 1 year of experience during training.
• Candidates with BDS, BHMS & BAMS will be considered as having a degree equivalent to M.sc Life
• science / M. pharm.
• M.sc clinical Research interns of TMH completing internship in Sept. 2024 can also apply.

Desirable-

• Experience with managing project handling global clinical trials & conducting training in clinical
• research.
• Good Communication & people skills both verbal & written.
• Fluency in English.
